Stephen has lived in Devon and Cornwall all his life and is currently based in Torquay. His main specialisations lie in the areas of retirement and investment planning, regularly involving, drawdown pensions, inheritance tax planning and lifetime mortgages. Stephen enjoys watching sport and sharing his Arsenal and Exeter Chiefs season tickets.
As Stephen's personal assistant, Kate is on hand to deal with any questions and queries during standard office hours. Kate also provides administrative support and manages Protocol’s basic accounting functions.
Chris is Protocol's Paraplanner, which primarily involves research and writing advice reports. Having worked in financial services since 2005, he has a Diploma in Financial Planning, as well as a Certificate in Equity Release. He is currently studying towards his Advanced Diploma. Outside of work Chris loves to spend time with his family and is an avid watcher and player of sport, especially when Liverpool are playing!
